Angeliki Konstantinidou is a research assistant at the Department of Politics and International Relations of the University of Leicester, since October of 2014. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a MA in Political Analysis from the same Institute. Her MA dissertation, completed in collaboration with Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa- Instituto Universitário de Lisboa(ISCTE-IUL) was entitled ”Comparative Candidate Survey: a comparative approach regarding the views of the candidate MPs and the voters about democracy and representation, before and after the crisis for both Greece and Portugal (2009-2012)” and under the supervision of Professor Ana-Maria Belchior. In the past, she has participated in the Comparative Candidate Survey for Greece, as it was conducted by the Laboratory of Applied Political Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her interests include political parties, elections, party and electoral systems.
